Google cloud was hacked, a huge payment was generated and I would like to see some help from Google

Hi,

I found that google cloud has daily activities since Oct 9 2023 but I didn't use this service! As the figure shown below, google cloud has been use everyday since Oct 9th. But I didn't know what this was and didn't use it... Google cloud would like to charge me around US$8,000.

 

I received two email notifications this morning (Nov 2 2023) about failed charges from Google Cloud. However, I have not used Google Cloud services. So, I logged into this website and discovered that this product has been used every day since Oct 9 2023, which is the same day my computer was hacked.

 

When I checked my deleted emails in Gmail, I found records of requests to increase charges for Google Cloud on Oct 9 2023, but I did not personally make these requests. 

 

Please help me. I haven't used this product. I've tried to stop the activity on Google Cloud this morning after I received notification from Google, but I don't know how to prevent my account from being further compromised.

 

I changed my Gmail password on Oct 9th 2023, and I just changed it again, but it seems that the hacker is still using my Google Cloud account. Please help me. I feel very frustrated using your SUPPORT since it is very complicated… I don’t know where I can find a people to help me. Loose my trust to GOOGLE.

I am sorry to hear this. Except for calling around, you can contact google cloud support team through email. The address is: cloudsupport@google.com. They solve the related issues efficiently.

Thank you for your kind offer. 

I tried to fill up the form Unauthorized Transactions Form (UTF). But the problem is the credit card stored in Google was already discontinued on Oct 9 2023 since we found that some unknown people were using the card (my computer was hacked on Oct 9 2023 as well). Therefore, Google cloud didn't successfully charge this huge amount on it and refused me to fill up the UTF form. What should I do now??

 
Can GoogleCloud cease the account hacked? It seems that it is still used by hackers...
 
I already reported this issue to our local police office and our Consumer Protection Committee, Executive Yuan.

I have sent many messages to "Google Cloud Support <cloudsupport@google.com>" during the period. But obtained one message from  Google Cloud Support:

This is an automated reminder from Google Cloud Platform Support.

We haven’t heard back from you in the past 3 business days regarding your open case " GCP Account Suspension Inquiry " (# 47780209 ).

If we can assist you with your case or you have additional information to provide the support team, please reply to this message with your update. A member of our support team will be happy to assist you.

If you no longer need assistance with this case, no action is required on your part. If we don’t hear back from you within 3 working days, we may close your case and send you a confirmation notice.
