Help Deleting My Organization's Google Account

Hello,

I am unable to delete my organizations Google Account. I've followed the instructions on this support doc: https://support.google.com/a/answer/9468554?sjid=10086849891550546553-NC

My last task is to delete Google Cloud Resources, but I can't complete this task. 

When I go to Manage Resources in the GCP Console the DELETE option for the top level folder is grayed out. The sub folder in it that contains system-gsuite gives me the option to delete but when I go through the process I get this error message: "Folder cannot be deleted as it contains active resources. Only empty folders can be deleted."

I believe I have all the necessary roles but some extras:

  • Billing Account Creator
  • Folder Admin
  • IAM Workforce Pool Admin
  • IAM Workload Identity Pool Admin
  • Organization Administrator
  • Owner
  • Principal Access Boundary Policy Admin
  • Project Deleter
  • Project Mover
  • Security Admin
  • Workspace Pool IAM Admin

Would appreciate help in resolving this issue so I can delete this account.

It looks like some of you resources are still "in use". You can search for them via Asset Inventory https://cloud.google.com/asset-inventory/docs
