How can I use vertex ai in China?

I'm a student in China and have been a Google fan for years. I'm interested in GenAI and want to try Gemini on my laptop. However, I can't register a billing account since I only have a virtual credit card, which I registered to use OpenAI. Are there any possible solutions to use vertex AI in China for personal usage?
