Inability to access Google Cloud Console

Hi All,

I am having an issue with my Google Cloud Console. Whenever I access any URL that begins console.cloud.google.com I get redirected to https://console.cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/studio, this includes any support URLs as well. I have tried on multiple browsers, cleared cache and resetting my computer, but nothing works. There is another user that has access to the project and they are not impacted, it seems to only affect myself. What steps should I try next?

I tried accessing any URL that begins at console.cloud.google.com on my end, and was able to access those specific links without any problem.

Here are some possible suggestions that you can try:

• Try accessing it via incognito. If the problem is resolved, possible cause is your browser’s extension or data, cookies, etc.
• In addition to clearing your cache, try also clearing your browser’s history and cookies related to Google Cloud Console.
• Consider also connecting to a different Wi-Fi network to rule out the possibility that the issue is network-related.
• It’s also possible that there is an issue specific to your account configuration, as the other user with access to the project is not impacted. Look for any settings related to the redirection to Vertex AI, and review your security and permission settings.
