Is there any way to get deterministic signature for same payload using assymetricSign method?

I am using gcp kms to sign the transaction and the requirment is to get the determinstic signature as defined in (RFC 6979).
but I have not found any resource to do so .

A potential relevant thread on Stack Overflow might be similar to your concerns. As per @bdhess, Presently, Cloud KMS doesn't support deterministic signatures (RFC 6979)
