Issue with Cloud Run Service that isn't on the status page?

I am unable to deploy cloudrun service revisions or start cloud run jobs. This started with no config or code changes (we have jobs scheduled to run hourly). I also can't deploy the example containers in a new job. 

I see there is an ongoing incident with GAE (https://status.cloud.google.com/incidents/QceUAfBRzT1B6qQmnCmW#RP1d9aZLNFZEJmTBk8e1), but nothing for cloud run. I'm wondering if anyone is seeing anything similar or has information about an incident with the Cloud Run service?

I have been seeing it for about 2 hours now too. They just sit in pending then fail after 10ish minutes.

Are you utilizing us-central1 or another reason? Wonder if it's only affecting certain region(s).

Yup, I am using us-central1 as well.

That'd make sense since the job is technically getting created. Logs just don't say anything useful. Fingers crossed.

Google support have confirmed to us that there was an outage. There's still nothing on https://status.cloud.google.com/summary though - the history information for google cloud run outages shows nothing since the 8th Nov.
