Not got refund of ₹1000 after closing the billing account

I paid ₹1000 for a free trial of the Google Maps API, but I no longer need it. I closed my billing account on June 27th, but I still haven't received a refund. If anyone knows about this issue, please help!

There was no option to live chat with an assistant regarding a billing issue.
