Payment method verification code not coming.

I tried verifying my payment method for
google cloud billing, I was charged $0.26
instead of the $1.95 according to google. This
charge had certain long codes which did
not contain "GOOGLE", so there was no way I
could verify.

pls help me out, who has faced same issue
and how do I solve this?

I’m running out of time to complete this
project seriously.
