I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding an issue I encountered while attempting to sign up for the Firebase free trial and enabling Firebase Storage. Unfortunately, the process could not be completed, and I received the following error message:

"Action unsuccessful. This action couldn’t be completed. [OR_BACR2_44]"

I have ensured that my payment method complies with Google's requirements and is active. I am located in Egypt, and I am wondering if there are any location-specific restrictions or additional steps I need to take to resolve this issue.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter or guidance on how to proceed. Please let me know if you need further details or documentation to assist with troubleshooting.

How stupid your team. This problem  persist a from long time till now not solved. I decided to use Or look alternative firebase like supabase Or aws s3 etc. Never use your service. Stupid nonsense 🤬😡😡.

just like me, try to use Google Cloud and Get same error ( This action couldn’t be completed. [OR_BACR2_44] ), even my money already deducted twice and no contact support available. contact Google Cloud sales and they ask me to contact Billing Suport. so i decide to use another provider

Getting same error from past 2 days , tried with other card, other payment method its just deducts the money and fails .. at least refund the money .
and why is seeking support so complex..

I experienced the same thing, namely: "This action couldn’t be completed. [OR_BACR2_44]". Many projects that I work on in Firebase, and the results are all the same error. At Google's level, why can this happen? This has been happening for a long time. That's stupid and unprofessional!

Same thing here, the problem persists. It has been 8 hours of nonstop trying. I cleared the browser cache, tried several credit cards and locations, and even used a VPN, but the problem continues. I thought I was the only one. That's really disappointing.

I am taking the Google Analytics course on coursera. I need to get into BigQuery and I am getting the same error when signing up for the free trial. I tried multiple cards and my main bank was charged multiple times for $0.00. I hope they fix it soon. I need to get rolling on this module.
