certmetrics multiple accounts

hello,

 

I've received the results email for my certified professional certification, however I'm unable to access my account at certmetrics while receiving weird error : multiple accounts been used with the email.

I've tried to contact the support multiple times with no luck :'(

Please I appreciate your support anyone from staff to put an end to my misery.

Did you've used https://support.google.com/cloud-certification/gethelp when you've contacted with support? I'm asking because my queries have been resolved within 2 business days counted from requesting help.

Hello,

I am unable to log into my certmetric account(I had successfully on multiple occasions before). The password reset etc are not sending any emails to my email id. Can someone help ?

Hi, I do have a very similar issue: Even if I am able to login to my account, if I try to reset the password by inserting the old and the new password in the My Information page, a pop-up appears indicating "Access Denied". And stop, the password has not been changed...

How can I change the password of my Certmetrics account?
