Could you please tell me about the eventdate column in GA4

Hi.
Is the day shown in eventdata in UTC correct?
I have linked my GA4 data to BigQuery.
There is a column called eventdate in BigQuery, but I would like to know if it is in UTC or the time of the region we are using.

event date is in your property timezone.  event timestamp in in UTC
