Error while setting a tagging server in GTM - Google Tag Manager Server Side

hi,

I am trying to set a new tagging server through GTM-Server like below, but I keep getting the following error:

"An error occurred while creating the server. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please use the App Engine Setup Guide to set up the server directly from the Google Cloud Platform console."

I have tried setting this tagging server with another Google account and also with other GCP billing accounts, but I keep getting this error nonetheless..

Can anyone help me?

Getting the same issue and waiting a day or two hasn't helped.

For anyone with the same issue, I ended up manually setting the server using the App Engine solution (Cloud Run is much more expensive and not financially viable for paying in US dollars).
