Hi,
We are facing a very slow load time from Looker service (old Datastudio). Our client's reports take so long to load that Looker, most of the time, cannot display the data on the report page. It is affecting negatively our clients.
It started to slow down in the mid of April and this month it is almost impossible to load the reports. We already clear the errors that we found on BigQuery logs, including some jobs that were stuck in the loop as I previously mention in this post: https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/Data-Analytics/Bigquery-error-causes-infinite-retries/td-p/5...
Unfortunately, we could not resolve this issue and the only error that appears in the BigQuery logs is when the Looker did not present the data in the report (like a timeout):
Some important considerations:
- We did not change the reports or the dataset's structure in these 2 months.
- The report is filtered by data and the data field is Partitioned by Day
- Before this problem, the report was very fast to load
