Missing dates in Workplace

Hi there,

 

As a data analyst I want to use Google Cloud Platforms Workspace to perform big query on event data that we periodically upload. 

However, we noticed gaps in these uploads. For example, there are no entries between the 20th and 28th of September, even though nothing in this period has changed from our side. There should at least have been an attempt of uploading them to the Google cloud. It seems to work fine since the 28th without issue.

Does someone know about this or what possibly could be the issue here? Would also be grateful for any ideas, thank you very much.

It looks that you're using the feature of exporting Google Workspace logs and usage reports to Google BigQuery [1] based on your provided description. If so, I suggest that you might need to contact the Google Workspace support first as per [2] to ensure if there were exporting actions from Google Workspace or if the exporting were successful for the affected time slots (Sept 20th to 28th).
