Need permission to select a Billing Project for Data Studio

Hi community 🙌 

We want the cost to remain customer for the report screens we have prepared. but we don't know what permissions we need to get at the min level, either by bigquery or from the firebase panel.

We want to be able to select the customer "Billing Project" for the bigquery-related custom query we have added via Data Source.

From the description of your issue, I think you're referring to the Billing Account (not Project). Everything you need to enable, disable, or change billing for a project is here.
