Please improve Node.js documentation

Just wanted to provide feedback that the Node.js documentation is very incomplete and lacking. e.g. see this: https://cloud.google.com/nodejs/docs/reference/bigquery/latest/bigquery/bigquerytimestamp

Would be good to improve it esp. since JavaScript has no types and we have nothing but the documentation to know what properties and methods a type has and what they do etc. with examples
