Publish messages of Avro schema type - AvroUtilities C# library not found

I am trying to run the C# version of the Publish messages of Avro schema type and I cannot locate the AvroUtilities library referenced in the example.

Is there an updated version of this example that does not use this library?

Does anybody know where to find the AvroUtilities library for C# (.NET)?
