I've been waiting for this notebook to start for over 24 hours now. It contains over a thousand lines of valuable code and needs to be run for a time-sensitive project. It's been constantly stuck on "starting" without the options to stop or reset the instance for me to get access to it. Any ideas? Thanks!
What do you mean? I don't have any other Compute Engine workloads running, so how could I have used up my capacity? How do I get it back up and running?
I just need to access the code in the Jupyter notebook so I don't lose it. How do I get it to open to do that? I don't want to run any compute.
I have the same question too
Do any one come up with any solution? My collegue told me that he had encountered same problem but had to delete the old workbench and to open a new one.
I also have some valuable codes and metadata in the vertex AI workbench. Really want to get them back😢
I had the same twice issue, I don't think there is a magical solution. The first time, a few hours later it was working. the second time, I had to open a case and call google support
