Is there a Free Tier for Cloud SQL?

I found this article where a staff from Google replied saying that there is: Solved: Is Cloud SQL for MySQL free after trial? - Google Cloud Community
But i didnt found any information about it in this page: Serviços e produtos de teste e Nível gratuito | Google Cloud
Neither in this one: Programa gratuito do Google Cloud  |  Google Cloud Free Program
I just wanted to create a MySQL Instance. My Free Trial has ended

Nope. There is no free tier for Cloud SQL which will act as free trial, when you creating new account : https://cloud.google.com/free?hl=en

You could configure Cloud SQL in a proper way to minimize costs, but there will be some cost, despite how your instance will be configured.
