SQL server not free of charge?

Hello, I am a student who just started using Google Cloud and I believe when I started the Google Cloud SQL server it was free of charge (since I was using a free trial) but I was charged for Cloud SQL and Compute Engine. The Billing assistant was not very useful so I am posting here as a last resort.

hello, yes. Cloud SQL was free ( was included in a Free Tier bundle). But here were a changes in Free Tier bundle, which caused that CLoud SQL is not free anymore.
