enable billing

please help me, when i want to make a VM server and i choose windows as operating system, it keeps saying this:

Windows VM instances are not included with the free trial. To use them, first enable billing on your account. You'll still be able to apply your free trial credits to eligible products and services.

i tried everything i could but nothing worked.

You'll have to enable your billing account as that Microsoft License isn't free and Google won't cover that cost for you.

With the free trial you'll get the resources only and not the software licenses unless it's an open-source one.

So a user would not able to provision a windows based VM instance in GCP under free trial, Is there any way to still opt for it and pay the charges as needed... I have currently enabled the billing support under my project but still it keeps on giving the same error, every time i try to provision a new windows VM instance in GCP.
