Cannot find OAuth consent screen or project in Google Cloud Console for an old Login with Google set

My colleague set up Google login for my app about six years ago and left the organization.
Now, I want to add a domain to the allowed origins list. However, with the help of my admin I gained his email address and logged in to the Google Cloud Console, I cannot find the project or the OAuth consent screen setup.
Where can I find it?
