Is it normal Google Cloud SDK to take so much time or is there a problem?

I'm updating google cloud SDK and terminal is stuck to last line.

It has been 3 hours. Is it normal SDK to take so much time or is there a problem?

Btw, I had 2 teminals running  and I can not reach them during this upgrade. During this upgrade process do they work although I can not reach them ?
