My First Project gets automatically created

Hi

I have done a basic search for this issue and found couple of similar instances. I just created a cloud account with google account email id. I see that a project My First project has been created automatically and with a defined project id. Is this some AI feature or is this suspicious? Similar thing happened few months back with a different account that I created. There were several project created apart from the ones created by me. Then I was told that there is a limit to the max no. of projects in free tier, so I must convert to paid account to create more projects. Deleting of a project will take 30 days(if my memory serves me right). Let me know your opinion,resolution,if there is something which is being missed. Thank you in advance.

Once you signed up with Google Cloud Platform, an initial project will be created on your behalf as a primary or default project. However, with the concern you have from a previous scenario where several projects were created aside from yours, we would suggest checking your IAM on which users do have access to your project/organization. If you do have access to the previous project, you can reach our support team for further investigation if you still have some questions or concerns you want to raise.
