I am not able to do apply for access, I get to the page where you click country and agree with terms and this pops up   Try Google Maps Platform for free with a spinning circle for hour in. I just want to register a API for google maps

Bumping the post, I am still stuck and not able to get into Google Cloud for free page. Just trying to see if anything i can do.
