Using one service account with two completely different google workspace accounts

I have two different google workspace accounts bought with a basic subscription. Let's call them 'org1@domain.com' and 'org2@differentdomain.com'. Now, If I create a service account in org1 I can fetch users and resources of org1 but what if I want to use the same service account for org2. 
How can I do that? Any suggestions are highly appreciated.
