We want to integrate the member DB of the existing app and the member DB of the new app.

We would like to integrate and operate the existing app created by the company and the members of the app to be newly launched.

The terms of use and personal information processing policy will be revised into one integrated terms/policy,
In this regard, we plan to obtain separate notice and consent from members of the existing app.

I want to operate two apps as an 'integrated member' by integrating the member DB by proceeding with the above procedure.

1. Can existing members who signed up with an Google account log in to both apps with the same account/token?

2. For the above reasons, we would like to change the basic information of our app exposed to customers from ‘one per day’ to ‘in the future, LMS integrated member’. Can we modify the existing application information?

For a better understanding of your use case, could you please provide some information about your app, as follows?

  • What is the nature of your application (is it a mobile application, a desktop one, an SPA/web app, etc.)?
  • How are the users currently getting authenticated (e.g. Firebase Authentication, OAuth, custom system, etc.)?
  • Also, could you please provide where your user data is getting stored (RDBMS like MySQL, MSSQL, etc; Firebase, etc.)?
  • Where is your app information exposed (is it an Android/iOS app downloadable from a webstore)?
  • Finally, which Google Cloud products are being used/consumed by your application?
