Download Server Side Settings

Hi,

I am trying to download  data from one Look in a dashboard.  The row limit for the look is set as 30

When download when i choose custom 5000 rows and 50 columns in case we have more data the download always fails

It says Failed Network Error. I did enable download with out limit in permission sets and I am the admin on the system this is happening. Is there a setting on the server side that i need to make so that the downloads happen without any issues

the total no of rows are like 630 with about 10 rows and 1 pivot so its not huge data as well. When  i run the look without any limit the query runs in less than 3 seconds.
