Embedded Look by Customer

I would like to embed data tables and visualisations in another in-house application that is customer facing.

My first thought is that I’d use public embedding in a HTML iframe. But perhaps it should be private embedding with SSO, not sure? The decision may be determined by my main question below.

How do I take a typical Look filtered by customer (for internal use), and make it customer specific when embedded. I know of course that it can be done, but struggling to find the procedure, options, etc,

We have hundreds of customers, and the in-house application is customer specific.
