Is there a way to access Quickstarts via API?

Wondering if there is a programmatic way to find all Quickstarts in a project and retrieve the query string for a given Quickstart.

Unfortunately there isn't an event or flag that marks a Quickstart query so that an API call can retrieve it - one potential workaround is adding Quickstart query explores to a dashboard and using the GetDashboard endpoint to retrieve the queries.
