Adding value labels to Sankey Charts

Is it possible to add value labels for each dimension in a Sankey chart?  Right now I am only able to see the weight metric value when I hover over a specific dimension on the chart.  I would like these to be displayed so that people don't have to hover over each dimension to see each of the values.
