Can users create report without any code and yet have it versioned ?

Hi,

• We need the code versioning ability of looker
• But we dont want the user to have to worry about creating PR. 
• User should be able to create reports using just the UI without code. And whatever they create should get versioned (could be in terms of sql that the tool autogenerate in the back).
