Dashboard filter doesn't show suggestions

Hi there, we have encountered some issues with dashboard filters recently.​​​​​​ They seem to be hard to be created and maintained.

1. When we try to add a new filter, the “Add filter” page will run forever and not load anything after we select a field as the filter. (see the example in screenshot 1)
2. The added filters are not very reliable to show suggestions. Sometimes it shows the suggestions, sometimes it loads nothing (see the example in screenshot 2)
