Display only last data value in Line chart in Looker (not Looker Studio)

I have a line chart with many datapoints, I only want to show the last datapoint, because otherwise it's too much data. If I try to overwrite the chart config it doesn't allow me to use a function. Is there any way I can achieve this?

You can hide any row or rows in a visualisation by creating a table calculation that returns a yes/no answer (for example - you could use a table calc to check if it is in the first row of your result set), and then use the 'hide 'nos' from visualization' option in the data pane to hide all the rows you don't want to see.
