As seen in the picture above, The axis displays negative values. This is because some shipments are received past the ETA, so Days Before Estimated Arrival becomes negative. I was wondering if I could limit the axis values to display only positive values, including 0.

Hi @DataAnalytics, a couple of suggestions - one option would be filtering the Days Before Estimated Arrival column to be >= 0 which would cause the x-axis to update its minimum value. However, if that gets rid of rows that you'd like to visualise, another option is using the Advanced Chart Config Editor to set a minimum x-axis value, which should work for Cartesian charts - example given below.
