Looker doesn't refresh dashboard despite clearing cache and refreshing

I updated the table that feeds my dashboard but looker is taking time to show the newly added data. 

This is a reoccurring issue for me as every time I updated my data, my dashboard doesn’t reflect the change no matter how much I “clear cache and refresh” 

Is there a solution to this problem as it is quite annoying to deal with. I’m not doing anything extra, simply updating the table that feeds the view.
