Measure not grouping by pivoted dimension properly

Getting some unexpected results when I attempt to pivot a measure by a dimension. I would like the pivoted measure to group under like value. Essentially to collapse on the null values and only have one column for each value of ‘Distance from Invoice’

Please let me know if there’s something I’m missing or should be doing. Very confused
