Scorecard total doesn't match Bar chart total - Active Users - Google Analytics 4 Data

Hi,

we are presenting google analytics 4 data with looker studio for our client.

we have a scorecard and a line chart with exactly the same metric -> active users

problem:

the values are different for the same time range -> why?

if we select sessions as metric they values are not the same either...

any infos on that?
