Why is my Y-axis being ordered top-to-bottom like my screenshot?

Hi I'm running into the issue where the Y-axis on my charts are not be ordered from 0 to whatever percentage they should be. Screenshot:

Does anyone know what's going on here? Why isn't the "fun rate" appear high when it's high and low when it's low?
