export browsing data from safari to chrome

there wouldn't be an issue if i had Mac. i have an iPhone with Safari and Chrome, and Windows with Chrome. Chrome on Windows can import data (not only bookmarks) only from other existing browser profiles. since Apple doesn't support Safari for Windows anymore I do no have that option. on iPhone you can export data from Safari in Zip which includes .json files.. Apple support after 2 hours chatting couldn't do anything at "finale"..
