Actions inside a list

Can we have actions in new desktop UI that would look like this inside a LIST/DROPDOWN ?

Right now soo many actions looks like this and it does not look neat. Really appreciate the new desktop UI. Minor changes like this would be really helpful to present actions to user.

An action type something like this to display inside the LIST.

Currently the inline actions are also limited to 3 actions per columns in detail view. That is really limiting the capability of adding more actions.

This feature would be very helpful. It would be like the feature we currently have when multi-selecting in deck view and a drop-down of actions is available. Instead, having it permanently and being able to assign the drop-down to rows would help reduce clutter.
