Add Custom Image Sizing Options

Currently, AppSheet allows image files stored with relative paths to be displayed within the app. However, there is no way to customize the size of these images directly in the app. This creates inconsistency in how images appear, especially when they are used in detailed or gallery views.

Proposed Solution:

• Introduce an option to specify custom width and height settings for images stored with relative paths.
• Allow these settings to be configured either at the column level or dynamically through expressions in the app editor.
• Maintain support for aspect ratio adjustments (e.g., "fit," "stretch," "original size").

Use Case:
This feature would benefit users who need precise control over how images are displayed, such as product catalogs, profile pictures, or document previews. For example, an app displaying employee photos could ensure all images appear uniformly sized without manually resizing them outside of the app.
