We encourage people here in community to post a question along with screenshot or short movie to spot on the problem.
However, when we request for support through the official support request form, we are not able to attach any document at all.
There is no field avaiable to store the file to submit.
It should be mutual benefit for both requester and support desk to communicate along with images. Thank you.
