Auto-Open (Type Qualifier) for Enum/EnumList column types - Just like when you select the REF type

When I set a column to the REF type, the system automatically opens the type qualifier asking you what table the reference is to.

I similarly would like to see the system automatically open the type qualifier when I select the Enum or Enumlist column types - since these REQUIRE that you set the type.
