Conditionals for "Search" function inside the Column section.

Hello everybody,

I am not sure if this feature has been requested yet but, I guess it would be pretty fitting. Since everybody has the option to use the search feature inside our apps, it would be great to put a condition over who is able to search which column. For example, if there´s some sort of hierarchy inside my app, where a "Boss" has a different column distribution compared to a "Worker", then it would make sense that I could filter which columns they can search for. Just llike we do for the "Show if" column, or the "Editable If" one.

In my case, this is specially important for the emails, since I don´t want everybody to be able to search that info.
