Increase colour spectrum for format rules

Please allow for more colours in the format rules as you have in the UX brand section where we can input web colours etc

In the UX/Brand section, there is a color palette that helps into picking the color you would like to have.

In the UX/Format Rules section, you have to know it first, as there is no color-picking system.
