Provide smtp-relay authentication logs and audit trail on messages sent.

Feature Request: Provide logs for smtp-relay authentication failures and successes within the Google Admin console and include information in the email log search so that the account that was used to send email messages using the SMTP-Relay is identified.

Background: We have an application (Traccloud) which intermittently has authentication issues with smtp-relay.gmail.com  From a Google Admin perspective I have very limited visibility in what is happening through the smtp-relay with a specific account.  Searching based on the IP addresses of the Application helps but if more than one account is used to authenticate then I have no way to identify which is which or to even know how many messages were sent with that account.

Use case: Identify issues with accounts using smtp-relay.gmail.com.   It is possible that a user account is compromised and using an smtp-relay which may legitimize spoofed messages.   It would be nice to be able to tell when messages are sent via an smtp-relay connection and which account was used for the authentication.
