Google managed wildcard ssl in multiple projects

I created the google managed wildcard ssl certificate with this document(https://cloud.google.com/certificate-manager/docs/deploy-google-managed-dns-auth).

My question is "is it possible to have this wildcard certificate in multiple projects?".

I'd like to attach this wildcard certificate to the load balancers in each project.

I am not an expert in this area, however based on my review of the Certificate Manager support doc, no, a wildcard certificate cannot be used in multiple projects. 

A wildcard certificate is only valid for the specific domain and subdomains it was created for. If you want to use a wildcard certificate in multiple projects, you would need to create a separate certificate for each project. I hope this helps, but invite one of our Security experts to weigh in also!
