Google managed wildcard ssl in multiple projects

I created the google managed wildcard ssl certificate with this document(https://cloud.google.com/certificate-manager/docs/deploy-google-managed-dns-auth).

My question is "is it possible to have this wildcard certificate in multiple projects?".

I'd like to attach this wildcard certificate to the load balancers in each project.
