Cobrança não identifica

Realizei um contrato de compromisso, foi cobrando corretamente, porem depois do 25/07, houve uma cobrança indevida: 21vCPU, porem todos como VM junta somam: 15vCPU, no mes de julho, não houve alteração de configuração de VM. Essa diferença de vCPU, esta refletindo no faturamento, não estou conseguindo encontrar a origem desta cobrança.

Mesma coisa acontece com memória, tem contrato de compromisso de 65GB, no mes julho não houve alteração de VM, depois do dia 24/07, esta me cobrando 93GB, não encontrar essa diferença, a origem.

Pedir ajuda para identificar essa diferença.

In addition to what Ernesto stated, there is an on-going issue with billing to Compute Engine Instances, it is being proactively being worked by our Support teams and will be resolved soon.
